1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a listing, purchasing a directory plan, or otherwise using the Horses, Hope & Hustle Business Directory (the "Directory"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use or access the Directory.
2. What the Directory Is
Horses, Hope & Hustle is a business directory platform serving the western industry. We provide a space for equine and western-related businesses, professionals, and service providers to be discovered by our community.
The Directory is a listing service only. We are not a broker, agent, endorser, or guarantor of any business, product, or service listed. Inclusion in this Directory does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement by Horses, Hope & Hustle or its owner.
3. No Guarantee of Business Success
We make no promise, guarantee, or representation that listing your business in this Directory will result in increased revenue, new clients, leads, sales, or business growth of any kind.
Results vary. Your success is determined by the quality of your business, your responsiveness, your reputation, and factors entirely outside our control. By purchasing a listing, you acknowledge and accept this fully.
Horses, Hope & Hustle shall not be held liable for any financial loss, missed opportunity, or business outcome you attribute to your participation in the Directory.
4. Listing Plans & Payments
4a. Available Plans
The Directory currently offers the following listing tiers:
Free Basic Listing
Highlighted Listing
Pinned Listing
Plan features and pricing are listed at the time of purchase and are subject to change. Current subscribers will be notified of any pricing changes prior to their next renewal.
4b. Monthly Subscriptions
Paid listing plans operate on a recurring monthly subscription basis. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize automatic billing each month until you cancel.
You are solely responsible for managing your subscription. This includes:
Monitoring your renewal dates
Canceling before your next billing cycle if you no longer wish to continue
Keeping your payment information current and valid
Updating your listing information as needed
Horses, Hope & Hustle is not responsible for charges that occur due to a failure to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
5. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
Unused subscription time
Failure to cancel before a renewal date
Dissatisfaction with results or visibility
Changes to listing plan features or pricing
Technical issues outside our reasonable control
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [contact email] and we will review your account. Error corrections are handled at our sole discretion and do not constitute a refund policy.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your listing will remain active until that date.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any listing at our discretion if it is found to violate these Terms, contain false or misleading information, or is otherwise inconsistent with the values of the Horses, Hope & Hustle community.
7. Listing Content & Accuracy
You are fully responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and legality of the content in your listing. By submitting a listing, you represent that:
You have the right to list the business or service
All information provided is accurate and current
You own or have permission to use any images or content submitted
Your listing does not infringe on any third-party rights
We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove listings that do not meet our standards or that we determine are inaccurate, inappropriate, or harmful.
8. No Vetting or Endorsement
Horses, Hope & Hustle does not vet, verify, license, certify, or endorse any business or individual listed in the Directory. Paying for a listing is not a guarantee of quality, legitimacy, or professionalism.
Users of the Directory are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before hiring or working with any listed business or service provider. Horses, Hope & Hustle shall not be liable for any outcome resulting from a transaction or relationship formed through the Directory.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horses, Hope & Hustle, its owner, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Directory, including any reliance on information contained in a listing.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Directory following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
